All Shell Mill Holders are coolant thru capable unless directly noted not to be. The arbor screws that are included are not coolant thru. Most shell mill manufacturers that supply a coolant thru shell mill will provide a screw that works for that cutter. More information on this subject is in our FAQ section under shell mill questions.
